Windsor has more than 3000 families on their affordable housing waiting and homeless support lists. Trinity is working with the City to provide more than 500 affordable one-to-3-bedroom homes at $45,000 or $90,000. Each home is Net-Zero energy efficient reducing carbon emissions, fire and mold resistant saving 22 mature trees and recycles 3.1 cars.
