For many years Toronto and Canada are having affordable housing and societal homeless problems. More than 283,000 families are on Canadian and Toronto’s affordable housing list, and 8715 people are homeless. Toronto spends about $513 Million and Canada over $12.3 Billion to support the problems mentioned. Trinity provides solutions on how to develop homes and services to address affordability issues. The criteria are that we could manufacture, deliver and install a client’s house in about two months after permits and completed foundation.
